Kat Scrappiness will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges on defective merchandise. You will need to contact us within 10 days of the receipt of your item and contact us at cs@KatScrappiness.com and include both a description of the defect as well as photographic or video evidence that clearly shows the defect.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can print to return the item to us at NO COST to you and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returning Non Defective Items
If your item is not defective and you would like to return or exchange it, your claim must be made within 10 days of the date of receipt of your package and must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping for the replacement or exchanged item.
When shipping a return at your own expense, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns unless an item is damaged or defective.

- Special Orders
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Grab Bags/Boxes
- Sale or Clearance Items
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
