This micro version of our tape deck holds the purple tape in 1/2inch or 1 1/2 inch and makes it easily accessible to tear a piece off. You can place the end of the tape on our holder and not lose it’s stick. (When you use purple tape on a regular tape holder, it loses it's stick because it's exposed to the air).
