We are not set up for in person shopping, we are setup more like a warehouse for online shopping and order packing. You are however, welcome to come in any time to pick up an order, ask a question or just to visit and say hi!
We make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days unless your order contains a pre-order, backorder or special order item. We ship M-F. If we have had a sale or special offer, it may take a little longer to process your order, depending on how many orders were received during the sale.

To redeem points, everything needs to be done through our Widget on our home page.
You can click on the word "REWARDS" at the top of our page or you can click on the bottom that floats on the bottom right side of our page to open the widget. When you log in to the widget, click on "How to redeem points"

Normally it takes 1-2 days to pack and ship an order. However, if you placed your order during a sale or special offer, it may take longer. You can always contact us to inquire about the estimated shipping date for your order.
Priority Shipping: Please understand that your package can be sent priority mail, but keep in mind that it will be sent from the time it is processed, not from the time you placed the order. This means that once we get to your order, we will ship it priority mail. So if you need an order shipped right away or overnight, you will need to follow these steps to insure that you receive it on time:
If you need your package shipped faster than our normal packing/shipping and delivery times, you will need to follow these steps:
Provide your order number if possible, so that we can quickly find your order information and assist you quicker.
Let us know the date you need your order to arrive and if you paid priority shipping when you placed your order. If your order is under 16 oz, it is very easy to overlook the priority shipping when packing orders which results in the order being shipped first class. Because of this, it's always a good idea to let us know if you are requesting priority shipping.
PLEASE allow us time to receive your message. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, we are more than willing to work with you to get your order packed and out the door as soon as physically possible.

When you place an order for a "Reserve" item, your entire order is placed on hold until the reserve item arrives. As soon as the reserve item arrives, your entire order will be shipped. You may contact us and request separate shipping as long as you pay the additional shipping fee. To request separate shipping, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Yes! When placing your order, simply add in the notes section that you would like to pick your order up in person. You may then contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order from our office in Bremerton, WA. The shipping fees will be refunded to you as soon as we are notified.

Kat Scrappiness is not responsible for any customs fees you may incur. On the customs form, we list the items purchased and cannot change the value of the products being shipped. There is no way for us to know if you will incur a customs fee for your package. It is your responsibility to check with your postal service to incur about any fees that may be charged when ordering internationally.
Sometimes a customer will receive a "delivered today" message when checking their tracking only to find an empty mailbox. 99.9% of the time the order will arrive the next day. We aren't sure why this happens but it almost always turns up the next day.
What to do If your package says it's been delivered but it has not?.
Wait one day. It is somewhat common for this to happen. The package shows up the next day 98% of the time.
OUR SHIPPING TERMS:
The risk of loss of products purchased at Kat Scrappiness passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the mail carrier. This is why we offer shipping insurance at the time of checkout. If you purchased shipping insurance, your order will be re-shipped or refunded.
If you DID purchase shipping insurance:
File a claim with us by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include the following information:
Brief statement about what happened
Photos of the damaged item
Shipping box w/packaging material used inside
Brief statement about what happened
Carrier tracking number
Brief statement about what happened
Please note that for lost and stolen packages, customers may be asked to wait 20 days for domestic and 30 days for international orders to file a claim
If you did NOT purchase shipping insurance:
We will provide you with a tracking number at the time that your order is shipped. If the package is lost or stolen, Kat Scrappiness cannot be held responsible. If your package is lost please visit the USPS Missing Mail page at: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to begin an investigation into the missing package.
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, the first thing you need to do is contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number and ask them to help find your package.
If they are unable to find it and don't offer any advice, you may need to check with your neighbors to see if anyone else received your package.
To avoid lost packages, you may request signature confirmation and/or insurance on any order. This costs a few dollars more but if your order contains a high-value item or items, it may be worth it to have this option added. You can contact us here to request signature confirmation and/or insurance.
If your package was shipped by priority mail, the post office will cover the contents up to $100.00. You may have to wait a certain amount of time before filing a claim. (Usually 30 days).
We have had very few packages lost in all the years we've been doing this. It does not happen often, however, we recommend signature confirmation and insurance to anyone who is worried their package won't arrive. (mail theft, etc)
If your package is lost or missing, please follow the steps above and if there is anything we can do to assist you in locating your package, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
Our stamps are made from yellowing resistant photopolymers. These polymers are designed and produced for the printing industry and are meant to carry and transfer ink, which is why they stamp so well.
Photopolymer clear stamps can and should last a life time. There is no specific life span on photopolymer clear stamps, with proper use and general cleaning and care they should last as long as traditional rubber stamps.
It is recommended to store your clear stamps out of the sunlight and/or heat.
There are many ways you can clean your clear stamp, but never soak or let any of your stamps sit in a solvent or alcohol based cleaner. You can use specialty stamp cleaner that is specifically made to clean photopolymer stamps, use mild soap and water.
