United StatesThese dolphins are JUST what I wanted…however, I could not get the glue off of them, the glue that adhered them to the packaging cardboard. I did contact Customer Service and they were very helpful, but, still, it was very annoying. BUT, the dolphin dies are great…and went straightaway into making a project for my grandson!!!
I'm sorry you had a problem with the adhesive. Some Goo Gone will take it off easily. We no longer use that adhesive to pack our dies so you shouldn't have that problem in the future. It is still on some of our older dies that haven't sold out yet but the newer dies are all packed with adhesive that comes off cleanly and quickly when you open the dies.
