 A lifelong midwestern from Indiana. Shanna is known for her ability to quickly create multiple cards and projects. Die cutting is her specialty, and the more bits and pieces, the better. Shanna enjoys being very productive, and after retiring early, she took her hobby to the next level and joined Kat Scrappiness Design team. She now leads the team members as they create inspiration using the amazing products from Kat Scrappiness. Shanna’s design style leans toward clean and simple, but she’s not afraid to get messy and have a good play with mixed media. Shanna’s artistry goes beyond crafting as she enjoys playing the guitar and is part of the Praise Team at her church. Shanna puts out a video on her YouTube channel every day, even while keeping up with her two young grandsons that she cares for daily. Shanna’s husband Patrick, is her biggest fan who runs her videos every day to ensure she gets watch time!

Von Marie describes her style as clean and simple, though she enjoys challenging herself creatively from time to time. With over 13 years of cardmaking experience, she also shares her talent through YouTube tutorials. When she's not crafting, she's busy homeschooling her two children. Of course, none of it would be possible without coffee! She shares her life with an amazing husband and their beloved fur daughter. Von Marie hopes her creativity brings a smile to others.

Julie has been an avid crafter for as long as she can remember. As a child, if her head wasn’t buried in a book, she was busy coming up with her next creative project. In 1997, a friend introduced her to scrapbooking, and that’s when her love of paper truly came to life. (She knows you thought she was going to say “ugly,” didn’t you?) In 2011, she discovered cardmaking—and she's never looked back.
In 2023, she was honored to join the Kat Scrappiness Design Team. Her goal is to inspire others in this wonderful crafting community. Julie truly believes in the power of creativity to brighten someone’s day. Whether it’s making a card for someone going through a tough time or handing out a blessing card to a stranger, she hopes to encourage others to use their creative gifts to help and uplift.

Shannon Lee Smith is thrilled to be a member of the Kat Scrappiness Creative Crew! She lives in the sunny desert near Las Vegas, Nevada, with her amazing husband and their adorable dog. Together, they have four wonderful sons, three beautiful grandchildren, and two sweet great-grandchildren.

Crafting has been Shannon's creative obsession since she made her very first card in 2018—and she’s been hooked ever since! She loves creating handmade cards and folios, experimenting with new techniques, and perfecting the classics. Kat Scrappiness has long been her go-to for high-quality craft supplies at great prices, and she couldn’t be more excited to be part of a design team that shares her passion and enthusiasm for all things crafty.

Kimberly, known as Crafty Bo on social media, has been crafting since childhood, and her creative interests have grown and evolved over the years. In her early teens, she taught herself to crochet using library books and an old VHS rental — a passion she still enjoys today, especially when learning new patterns like amigurumi. Over time, she’s also explored painting, knitting, pottery, jewelry-making, and more, but it was scrapbooking that ultimately sparked her true love: cardmaking

.For Kimberly, there’s something special about creating unique, personalized cards that reflect the recipient’s personality. She loves experimenting with products in unexpected ways and brings her creativity to designs that range from clean and simple to richly detailed.  Originally from New Jersey, Kimberly now calls Florida home, where she lives with her husband and their two playful cats, Shelly and Sandy. She loves connecting with fellow crafters and is thrilled to be part of the design team!

A self-taught artist, Deborah loves to experiment with colors, mediums, techniques, and styles. She's always pushing herself to learn and grow. With a background as a former math teacher and professor, she’s naturally detail-oriented—and admittedly, her own toughest critic. She often reminds herself, “It’s only paper,” knowing that her best work comes when she relaxes and lets the creativity flow.

As a member of the Kat Scrappiness Design Team, Deborah is grateful for the chance to share her love of paper crafting with others—it truly makes her heart happy.

Priscilla Joseph of nubblelightdesigns.com is a proud New England native who spent 18 years in the Chicago area working as a middle school teacher. Now retired, she and her husband—along with their dog and cat—relocated to the Palm Springs, California area in 2022, where she continues to pursue her passion for cardmaking.

Priscilla’s journey into the world of stamps, inks, and cards began unexpectedly in 2002, when she attended her first “stamping party.” She had no idea such a world existed—but she was instantly hooked!
When designing cards, Priscilla loves to challenge herself creatively, always exploring new directions and ideas. Her cardmaking style is hard to pin down—sometimes it’s clean and simple, other times bold and busy—but it’s always uniquely her.
She began as a Guest Designer for Kat Scrappiness in Fall 2018 and officially joined the team as a full-time designer in January 2019.

For Jana, crafting has always been her “me time” and a personal outlet. She began scrapbooking and cardmaking about 25 years ago, though her love for creating goes back even further. These days, it’s the simple joy of creating that brings her the most happiness.
She’s passionate about sharing her creativity and hopes to inspire others through her work. Jana is excited for the opportunity to connect with fellow crafters and spark inspiration along the way.

Tina is a graphic artist and designer who discovered her passion for card making in 2008 after taking her first class—and she never looked back. Card making quickly became her creative outlet, allowing her to work with her hands once again. She loves inspiring fellow crafters with Kat Scrappiness products.

Waleska Galindo has been a passionate card maker for over 10 years. She lives in the beautiful Guatemala City, in Central America, with her supportive husband and their two teenage children, Ian (16) and Leah (13). A trained Graphic Designer, Waleska fell in love with card making and stamping the moment she discovered this creative art form.

Over the years, she has developed a versatile style, drawing on her artistic background to bring unique flair to her projects. Her favorite cards to create are vibrant, scene-based designs filled with bold color combinations. On her social media channels, Waleska showcases her creative use of stamps, dies, and mixed media techniques. She finds inspiration in her everyday life and loves sharing her artistic journey with fellow crafters.
