Sometimes birthday cards need a little humor, and this one definitely delivers! I had fun creating this playful woodland scene with some adorable Kat Scrappiness products.

I started by die cutting the Birch Tree W/Cardinal Background Craft Dies from white cardstock and adding some texture, details, and shading with my Copic markers. I used the Clouds & Grass 6x6 Layered Stencils to add subtle clouds to my background before adhering the birch trees in place.
Next, I stamped and colored the sweet little bear and owl from the Woodland Critters Stamp Set and popped them up with foam tape for a little extra dimension.
For the sentiment, I die cut “Oops” from green cardstock, added a bit of ink shading, and layered it over the white shadow die cut from the (Chunky) Oops Shadow Sentiment Craft Dies. I popped it up at the top of the panel and added the sub-sentiment, “You're How Old?”, using the Sentiment Shoppe – Within the Fold: Highland Mini Moos Sentiments Stamp Set.
And there you have it! A fun woodland birthday card with a little sass and a whole lot of personality. Because let's be honest… birthdays seem to sneak up on us faster every year!
