Our Shaker Tinsel is crafted from thin, lightweight, and shiny materials with a beautiful finish.  This tinsel creates a shimmering effect and is perfect for use in your shaker cards.  Use alone or mix with your other embellishments to create a one-of-a-kind embellishment mix!
